Well i have a discussion as to early parole for elderly as well as those who have been in hospital for surguries that result in automatic disability. They should come out already placed on disability and not have to worry about anything as to some of them will have anxiety and should not have to worry about living situations

You forgot to mention that Insurance agents, realtors, cosmetologists, etc are excluded from AB5. They still get screwed over like always because of special interest influences. All those groups are being carved out of the bill! I sure hope Governor Newsome veto's it!

Why do anti-vapers keep repeating the same lies over & over. Their favorite is to use nicotine as a scare word. Nicotine outside of cigarettes is about as harmful as caffeine & less addictive. Yeah, it can slightly increase your heart rate but so can a lot of things. If this was all about increased heart rate, things that were addictive, & bad for you then every so called energy drink on the market would be off the shelves by tomorrow if not sooner. Then we get to volatile organic compounds & cancer-causing chemicals, NAME THEM!!! You can't & even it you did name them they could probably be debunked with a less than 10 minute search on line. Then we get to the heavy metals. Which is true vapers that have been tested have traces of heavy metals in their lungs. But here is the kicker so does every single citizen of every major city in the world. So, did the heavy metals come from vaping your just going outside? Someone already addresses the popcorn lung lie so I won't go into that. I will address the teen vaping epidemic & all the lies associated with that later.

Separating babies, toddlers, and teens from their families at border crossings is traumatic and can cause irreversible harm and psychological damage. I understand that U. S. is trying to deter migration; however, arresting parents and forcibly separating them from children is not emotionally and psychologically correct. Many migrant children are currently being held in overcrowded shelters run by the Department of Health and Human Services. This traumatic experience affects the relationship with a parent which is critical to a child’s sense of self, trust, and safety.

Here's the truth about popcorn lung. Let me break it down for you. Let's share this. Popcorn lung is a very serious lung disease with multiple causes, one being from a chemical known as Diacetyl. Diacetyl is the chemical component that causes popcorn lung, yes. It is an artificial butter flavor. Yes, there is Diacetyl in a ton of e-liquid.

So yes, e-liquid contains a chemical that causes popcorn lung. However... There have only been 6 cases of popcorn lung in the history of the planet. All six people worked full time at a popcorn manufacturing plant. They worked 8 hour days 5 days a week for 15 years before they inhaled enough micro grams of Diacetyl to develop popcorn lung.

About a year ago 99% of e-liquid on the market was tested for Diacetyl. The most potent juice, having the most Diacetyl, was, lets just call them 'Brand X'. Even though 'Brand X' had a relatively high Diacetyl content in comparison to the rest of the market, here is the fun part... you would have to vape 60mls, aka 2oz, aka a TON (almost impossible amount, the average is 2-20ml a day) of their liquid, EVERYDAY for 1.5 MILLION YEARS, in order to accumulate the amount of micro grams of Diacetyl it takes to develop popcorn lung. It is literally impossible.

A simple cigarette, one single cigarette contains 750xs the amount of Diacetyl that there is in a full bottle of 'Brand X', and no one has ever gotten popcorn lung from cigarettes. Lets compare... National average smoker, 1 pack a day, 20 cigarettes. 750 x 20 = 15,000 If a full bottle last three days... 15,000 x 3 Based on averages, smoking cigarettes contain 45,000xs more Diacetyl than vaping.

So yeah, vaping can cause popcorn lung. You'd just had to vape every second of every day for 1.5 MILLION years. Numbers simply do not lie

There is too little CO2 in the air to justify the warming. Physics says that every substance has a specific heat factor and air does also. Most of the heat is absorbed naturally via specific heat conduction.

Most of the heating comes from the oceans which are heated by UV-B rays from the sun. The ozone in the stratosphere plays as an important shield against the high energy UV-B rays. Volcanoes emit chlorine gases which destroy the Ozone and makes the earth heat up more, so do chlorofluorocarbon refrigerants which have been fingerprinted as causing the warming in the last 60 years.

The efficiency of infrared energy in warming the ocean is very low compared to efficiency of ultraviolet radiation that penetrates at least 10 meters (Tedetti and Sempéré, 2006) into the oceanic mixed layer.

The energy of ultraviolet-B radiation is actually 48 times greater than the energy of infrared radiation. There simply is not enough energy involved with so called greenhouse gases for them to play a significant role in global warming.

Most of the plastic pollution comes from 3rd world countries, little from the US. Plastic bags readily break down. They can be recycled by just returning them to the recycle box at your department or grocery store.

I read where a company in Austria has a method to turn plastic into fuel. They could then pay people to collect and bring in the plastic in for fuel.

It takes more energy to make paper bags and most of those tote bags are made overseas, They are also potential bacteria traps and must be washed now and then. The manufacturing and washing also consumes more energy.

The reports of plastic contamination are greatly exaggerated by entities like Green Peace. These false flag reports are picked up by kids who then go into an envrio panic fit.
